The Cannes festival is one of the most lavish and elegant festivals in Europe. It’s kind of like the Oscars, just that it lasts for more days and there are screenings and people from all around the world. What makes it so great, is it’s biggest problem too. The fact that there are directors, writers and actors from all around Europe and the world, makes it a little hard to receive such a huge spotlight as the Oscars do, because most of the people there are not known by the mainstream media. This year, we had Steven Spielberg, Nicole Kidman, Will Smith and others honor the festival with their presence, as well as other world-famous actors such as Audrey Tatou or James Franco.

There’s a lot of people coming at the Cannes festival and there are millions interested in seeing the movies and the charm of the European glam. The Cannes festival is a really great opportunity to find beauty and elegance, not just in the clothes, but in the attitude of the participants as well.

The festival lasts in 2013 from the 15th to 26th of May.
