The Best Dressed Men of the 2016 Oscars

The 88th Academy Awards ceremony took place on February 28 at the Dolby Theatre in Hollywood, Los Angeles and honored the best films of 2015.

During the ceremony, the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences offered Academy Awards, which are commonly referred to as Oscars in 24 categories. The “Best Picture” category was won by “Spotlight”, directed by Tom McCarthy, and the “Best Actor” award went to Leonardo DiCaprio, making many of his fans around the world cheer.

Film’s biggest night brought together many great celebrities, who wore some pretty great clothes. One needs to admit that for many, probably you included, half of the reason why you people the Oscars is to see what celebs are wearing.

Therefore, let’s take a look at who were the best dressed men of the 2016 Oscars:

Leonardo DiCaprio

Dressed in an Armani suit, Leonardo DiCaprio was one of the most stylish guys at the 2016 Oscars. With impeccable grooming and styling, the actor knew how to dress for the red carpet. The 2016 Oscars were not only a night where Leo won an Oscar, they were also a night when Leo won a fashion award. From us.

Chris Evans

Christ Evans sported a Prada navy tuxedo that featured a velvet trimmed satin peak lapel at the Oscars. Not only did his tuxedo look great, as it was well-fitting and of the best quality, but his beard was also groomed to almost perfection. Men who want to sport beards at dressy events, here’s how it’s done!

Tom Hardy

Tom Hardy’s Gucci suit was probably the best you can expect from a suit. With an impeccable fit and excellent proportions, the suit made Tom look like a gazillion dollars. And, if you were wondering whether you can pull off accessorizing your suit with a pair of sunglasses, Tom Hardy shows you not only that you can do it, but also how.

Jared Leto

British actor Jared Leto wore a spectacular black and red suit by Gucci that suited his personality very well. Jared’s look is a great example how you can sport a classic suit, but still make it personal and unique and let it speak about you, your taste, interests and style.

The flower detail was really great and definitely something you don’t often see on the red carpet. We would definitely love to see men wear special accessories more at awards shows.

Abraham Attah

There was something about Ghanaian actor’s Abraham Attah look that really drew our eye. Maybe it was the slim bow tie, which was the perfect fit for his body frame, maybe it was the great tailoring of his suit. Or, maybe it was that he wore very classic attire with great confidence, which is the best accessory any man can have.

Ryan Seacrest

The television and radio star wore an amazing gray jacket to the Oscars. Gray is generally a very youthful, good alternative to the classic black suit, if you want to look classic, but still wear something special to an event. Well done.

As you can see, wearing a well-fitting suit and making sure you accessorize it nicely is a great way to go if you want to look good at any event. It’s always fun to see what people wearing during important moments of their career, which is why we’ll look forward to seeing what our favorite celebrities will wear next!
