The Men At The Tony Awards: Red Carpet Photos

This year, the Tony awards were held on June 9th and it was the 67th edition of the awards ceremony. The purpose of the Annual Tony Awards is, for those who don’t know, to recognize achievement for Broadway production. The ceremony took place at the Radio City Music Hall in New York City. It’s host was Neil Patrick Harris.

The best play was won by “Vanya and Sonia and Masha and Spike” and the Best Musical award went to “Kinky Boots”.

But now let’s talk about the red carpet. It was a really colorful ceremony, and although most women looked extremely shiny, the men kept it black and white with small pops of color. Some would have a nice colorful bow tie, others just a tie, but, as we have gotten used to, it’s not often that we see extremely colorful clothes on men on the red carpet. However, everyone looked great, and we would not know who we would give the “worst dressed” prize if we had to.

It’s interesting that most people don’t know that some Hollywood stars play in Broadway plays too. It makes sense though, in a way…
