So it’s no wonder that many of the world’s most prominent athletes — including NBA players — have gone to great lengths to try and look their best with grade-A fashion. When you’re making so much money playing a sport you love, why not treat yourself to some of the coolest and fanciest fashion outfits out there?
Here is a look at some of the NBA’s best-dressed and most fashionable players.
Jayson Tatum
Jayson Tatum’s Celtics are among the leading teams in the East, and he is flying high after winning the All-star game MVP. Sportsbooks in Massachusetts will be a good resource for those fans in the state as online betting launched on March 10th.
Tatum is having an MVP-like season for the Celtics, who fell just two games short of defeating the dynastic Golden State Warriors in last year’s NBA Finals. The C’s are again in the running with the Milwaukee Bucks and Philadelphia 76ers for the top record in the Eastern Conference.

The 2017 NBA MVP and current Los Angeles Clippers point guard has been front-and-center of the NBA fashion industry for a while now. And it will stay that way until the future Hall of Famer calls it quits.
In 2015, while he was a member of the Oklahoma City Thunder, Westbrook was named True Religion’s Marketing Creative Director. Westbrook has done many photo shoots for the jeans’ manufacturing giant, but it obviously doesn’t end there.
The well-traveled point guard has donned countless bright-colored outfits throughout his career. He is renowned for showing some of the most slick-colored and creatively-designed suits you’ll ever see.
After his playing career, do not be surprised if the perennial All-Star point guard decides to spend more of his free time in the fashion world.
Shai Gilgeous-Alexander
You simply can’t run a list of the NBA’s most fashionable players without considering the star Oklahoma City Thunder point guard.
Fans voted for Gilgeous-Alexander as GQ’s “Most Stylish Man of the Year” for 2022, and for good reason. Few athletes in the world, let alone NBA players, match the Canadian star’s sense of fashion.
While Gilgeous-Alexander tries to help OKC reach the postseason for the first time since 2020, he continues to make headlines around the fashion world with his creative outfits. If you have a look at his Instagram, you’ll get a quick idea of his crafty fashion style.
Gilgeous-Alexander is renowned for his wide range of different puffy vests and letterman jackets, a nice throwback to the ‘70s, ‘80s and ‘90s high school fashions. It’s no wonder that he was one of several big-named participants in the 2022 Paris Men’s Fashion Week event.
The 24-year-old Gilgeous-Alexander earned his first career NBA All-Star nod earlier this season. His team is currently in a play-in berth, but they still have an outside shot of earning the No. 5 or No. 6 seed in the East.
LeBron James
You can’t discuss the best basketball player of his era without mentioning him on a list like this. No basketball player comes close to matching “The King” in career earnings, and it’s no surprise that James has spent a pretty penny on the slickest of outfits.
The four-time NBA Champion has always been a fashion icon among American athletes. A simple google search of “LeBron James Fashion” will lead you to a plethora of unique outfits done by the future Hall of Famer himself.
While some athletes like to mostly focus on creative and colorful suits, James brings a great range of different fashion choices.
One day, you’ll see him wearing a bright-colored shirt and pants with something like a fancy blazer, jean jacket, top coat or cardigan. Another day, you’ll see him decked out in a top-of-the-line suit.
And perhaps no basketball player has a more creative fashion sense with shoes than LeBron. This man can wear a pair of basketball sneakers and make it look cool with just about any suit or clothing combination of his choice.
