The amazing Snow Polo World Cup will return to Sankt Moritz for a 36th time in late January 2020. The world-class event, which has become synonymous with the luxury Swiss resort, will take place between 24-26 January 2020.
The 2019 edition was won by the Badrutt’s Palace team led by Melissa Ganzi brought over 18 000 spectators to the games. Moreover, to celebrate the 35th edition, the organizers also decided to invite the Sardadchi cavalry team from Azerbaijan to perform their stunning routine. The team was formed in 2012 and has gained international appeal after performing their Land of Fire Azerbaijan show at the birthday celebration for Queen Elizabeth II.
For the 2020 edition, a new team sponsor was introduced. This time around, there won’t be a Cartier team, but a de GRISOGONO team, as the Swiss luxury jeweler was recently introduced as the newest team sponsor.
The other four teams will remain as last year: Team Azerbaijan Land of Fire, team Maserati and, of course, team Badrutt’s Palace.

In regards to everything else that will happen around the games, a lot is still unknown, but the Snow Polo World Cup is always an absolutely fabulous event, so it is pretty safe to say that this year’s edition will be a highlight in the sporting and luxury calendar of 2020 as well.
